Low Oligomer Polyester Film

Description:

Low Oligomer Polyester Film LR-MX10 (equivalent to Lumirror® X10S, Melinex ® 238, Diafoil® UX01) is a biaxially oriented polyester film with a minimal content of low molecular weight impurities, and it is specifically developed for use as an insulating material for slot liner, closure, and interphase in rotary compressor motors for air conditioners and refrigerators.

It has an excellent hydrolytic stability, a minimal content of extracted oligomer, a thermal stability that is higher than most PET films, and an excellent chemical resistance.

Application:

Low Oligomer Polyester Film LR-MX10 is suitable for use in Class B motor and compressor insulation, especially for rotary compressor motors for refrigerators and air conditioners.

Nominal Thickness:  50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 188, 225, 250, 300, 350¦Ìm

Tape Size:  3" paper or plastic core, from 6mm width upward, standard width 1000mm
