Black Polyester Film

Black Polyester film (e.g Lumirror® X30) is a biaxial oriented black PET film. It has high coverage of black, good mechanical properties and good dimensional and thermal stability. Black PET film can be used in a wide range of industries:

Silicone Coated PET Release Film

Silicone Coated PET Release Film(equivalent to Mylar ®® HR951, Hostaphan 2MRK, PPI 0501) is made of PET Film coated with silicone release material on one or both sides. Because the silicone is highly cured, there will be essentially no migration of the silicone to any adhesive which may be in contact with the film. This product provides excellent slip, low release force, and good dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.
Application:
•Electric: inter-liner for moulding of insulation parts
•Electronic: release film used in the lay-up of multi-layer PCB
•Adhesive: inter-liner used for adhesive tape manufacturing

PET Film Low Bonder Mica Tape for VPI

PET Film Backed Low Bonder Mica Tape (equivalent to Samicapor® P 315.33, 315.43; POROFOL® 2076, KM-805A-ST) consists of muscovite paper impregnated with a modified epoxy resin and PET-film as a backing. LR-PM 542C contains an accelerator.
PET Film Backed Low Bonder Mica Tape is used for the thermal Class F (155℃) winding insulation of copper conductors of low and high voltage machines for VPI.

Class 200℃ Glass Cloth Mica Tape for Special Motor

Class N Glass Cloth Backed Mica Tape (equivalent to Samicapor®T 366.88, POROBAND® SI 0790) consists of a mica paper impregnated with silicon resin and glass cloth as a carrier.
This Mica Tape has excellent flexibility, good taping properties, high thermal resistance, excellently physical and electrical properties after VIP treatment.
Silicone Glass Cloth Mica Tape is used for an end-winding insulation in high voltage machines of thermal rating class up to 200°C, for conductor and main insulation of rotor windings as well as for pole coils and connections in traction motors up to thermal rating class N.

Polyimide Film Glass Cloth Backed Mica Tape

Polyimide Film Glass Cloth Backed Mica Tape (equivalent to POROBAND® PIN 2851) is a triplex laminate constructed of muscovite paper bonded to polyimide film (e.g. Kapton ®) or corona resistant polyimide film (CR PI ) and glass cloth with a high temperature silicone binder.
This Mica Tape has excellent flexibility and does not loose mica dust when used in machine taping. It maintains high thermal resistance, good corona resistance, excellently physical and electrical properties.
Polyimide Film Glass Cloth Backed Mica Tape is widely used as a slot, an insulation material for electrical wire cable, traction motor, transformer, and coils of class R (220°C).

MIKI Insulation Papers

MIKI insulation papers (Pressboard class 2, Coil Insulating paper Class 2 & LD-Board) are high grade insulation material with 100% wood pulp used for wide insulation field. Main Types:
　1. PB-2 (Pressboard Class 2): principal Applications: Electric motors, transformers, rings, flanges, spacers, gaskets, capacitors, etc, Available colors are brown, red, green.
　2. PI-2 (Coil Insulating Paper Class 2):Principal applications: Speaker coil paper, cable raping, capacitors, etc.
　3. LD-Board: This is a Non-pressed low density fiber paper. It is used when high density is not required.
　　Other insulation papers include "BASE DDP", wrinkling coil paper for transformers and "Senkaski" paper for Speaker coil.
