Double Sided Polyimide Tape with PET Release Liner

Polyimide Tape with PET Release Liner consists of polyimide film with heat resistant silicone adhesive on one side or both sides and polyester release liner over the silicone, packaged in a 33m (36 yard) roll. It removes cleanly without leaving an adhesive residue after processing. It has a release liner, is very convenient for die cutting.

ESD Kapton® Tape

ESD Polyimide Tape is also known as ESD Kapton® tape, consists of low static polyimide film coated with silicone adhesive to withstand temperature up to 260°C (500°F), packaged in a 36 yard (33m) roll. ESD Kapton® tape generates extremely low levels of triboelectric charge when it is unwound from the roll and also when removed from most surfaces on which it is placed. This makes the tape an excellent choice for use near electronic components and assemblies.

Kapton® Tape with Silicone Adhesive

Kapton® Tape is also known as high temperature tape or polyimide tape. It is made of polyimide film with heat resistant silicone adhesive to withstand temperature up to 260°C (500°F). Kapton® FCR Corona Resistant Polyimide FEP Film

FCR Corona Resistant Polyimide FEP Film (e.g Kapton® FCR, LIREN® FCR film) is a heat bondable film, constructed of Corona Resistant Polyimide Film coated with FEP fluoropolymer adhesive on one side (FCR) or both sides (FCRF). It not only combines the excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties of Polyimide Film and FEP resin, but also has superior corona resistance, heat sealing effect and thermal conductivity. It withstands the damaging effects of corona discharge, enhances service life and operational efficiencies of conventional electrical insulation materials.

Kapton® CR Corona Resistant Polyimide Film

CR Polyimide Film (e.g. Kapton® CR, LIREN® CR film) is a corona resistant film, developed specifically to withstand the damaging effects of corona. It not only retains the excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties of general polyimide Film, but also has superior corona resistance and thermal conductivity. It enhances service life and operational efficiencies vs conventional electrical insulation materials. This film can be used in electrical rotating machines, electrical insulation, traction motors, generators, transformers, magnetic wire, and so on.

Kapton® MTB Black Thermally Conductive Polyimide Film

MTB Black Polyimide Film (e.g Kapton® MTB, LIREN® MTB film) is a thermally conductive black film, possesses higher thermal conductivity properties than standard polyimide film. This property makes it ideal for applications requiring efficient thermal energy transfer, such as loudspeaker voice coils frame, electrical insulating pads and flexible printed circuit board. Moreover it also can offer an excellent combination of electrical, physical and mechanical properties.

Kapton® B Black Polyimide Film

BN Black Polyimide Film (e.g Kapton® B, LIREN® BN film) is an opaque polyimide film. It has high opacity, excellent physical & mechanical properties, good heat resistance and dimensional stability at elevated high and low tempera¬tures. The matte black color of BN film provides a uniform and aesthetically pleasing appearance while maintaining key physical properties. The uniform pigmentation provides better colour integrity against flexural cracking or abrasion in comparison to black coatings or dyes. It can be used in a wide range of industries where opacity, low reflectivity, or aesthetics are required.
