Halogen-free Flame-resistant Polycarbonate Film is a flame-resistant and environmental friendly polycarbonate film, free of halogen, limited heavy metals and phosphate flame retardants. Compared with previous flame-resistant PC film, it has better mechanical properties, appearance, dimensional stability and uniform colour.

LR-PC FR716& FR717 Halogen-free Flame-resistant PC Films are widely used in printing industry such as panels, labels required with flame resistance, are also widely used in power supplies, printed circuit board, computer rack partitions, TV/monitors, business equipment as insulation and shielding. This film can also be used in IMD fields.

Graphic Printing-Grade Polycarbonate Film

Graphic Printing-Grade Polycarbonate Films(e.g. Lexan® 8A13,8A35,8B35; Longhua® PC813, 815,835,832; Makrofol® DE 1-4, DE6-2) are polished, or matte, or suede, or velvet PC films/sheets. These films have high heat resistance, superior dimensional stability as well as excellent printability without pretreatment making it very suitable for multi-layer printing. Graphic Printing-Grade PC Films are applicable for floor graphics, automotive instrument clusters, remote control overlays, control panel overlays, high performance labels, in-mould decoration, HV/AC overlays, and appliance overlays.

FR700 Black Flame-resistant Polycarbonate (PC) Film

Black Flame-resistant Polycarbonate Film (e.g. Lexan® 700, Longhua® PC770) is a black, flame-resistant polycarbonate film with a variety of different surface textures and a UL94 V-0 or VTM-0 listing. This film has formability, excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability at high temperatures and a high flammability rating. LR-PC FR700, 700F Flame-resistant PC Films are applicable for printed circuit board insulation, backlit aircraft in-flight panels and displays power supply insulation, disc drive insulation, bus-bar insulation, TV/monitor insulation, business equipment insulation.

PET Film Glass Cloth Low Binder Content Mica Tape is a triplex combined flexible material of thermal rating class F(155℃), constructs of mica paper bonded to PET Film and glass cloth on both sides with the modified epoxy resin.
This Mica Tape has excellent flexibility, good workability, high physical and electrical properties.
PET Film Glass Cloth Low Binder Content Mica Tape can be used for the main insulation of low and high voltage machine coils of class F(155℃) which are exposed to extreme environmental stresses.

Class F Glass Cloth Mica Tape (equivalent to Samicapor® 366.58-18,366.55-20) is a low bonder content mica tape, constructs of mica paper bonded to woven glass fabric on one side with the modified epoxy resin.
This Mica Tape shows excellent flexibility, good taping properties, high thermal resistance, excellently physical and electrical properties after VIP treatment.
