Class H Saturated DMD Flexible Laminates
HD Saturated DMD Flexible Laminates (similar to Myoflex® PVSH) consist of specialized PET film covered on both sides with polyester non-woven impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin in C-stage. HD Saturated DMD Laminates shows excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance. HD Saturated DMD is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to-turn insulation of electric motor in Class F (155¡ãC) or Class H (180¡ãC) insulation system. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.

Class F Saturated DMD Flexible Laminate (equivalent to Myoflex® PVS, TRIVOLTHERM® TF) consists of PET film coated on both sides with polyester non-woven impregnated with high grade temperature resistant resin in C-stage. Class F Saturated DMD Laminate shows excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance. It has a smooth surface so that it can be easily processed in automatic inserting machines. Class F Saturated DMD is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase-to-phase and turn-to-turn insulation in class F (155ºC) electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
Class F Textured DMD Flexible Laminates
Class F Textured DMD Flexible Laminates consists of PET film (e.g. DuPont Mylar ®) covered on both sides with polyester non-woven with diamond dot texture. It has highly absorbent ability due to its fluffy, rough and textured surface. Therefore it is an excellent material for applications where high level of varnish or resin absorption is required. Class F Textured DMD Laminates is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors of class F (155ºC). Class F DMDM Flexible Laminates (equivalent to Voltaflex ® F6646) is a four-ply flexible laminates consisting of polyester nonwoven-polyester film-polyester nonwoven-polyester film (DMDM). It has excellent electrical and mechanical properties and high thermal resistance. Class F DMDM is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
Class B  DMD Flexible Laminate
Class B DMD Flexible Laminate is a triple-layer electrical insulation material of thermal class 130¡æ, consisting of PET film covered on both sides with polyester felt. This DMD has excellent electrical, mechanical, and impregnating properties. Class B DMD is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
PMP Presspaper Mylar ® Laminate
PMP Presspaper Mylar ® Presspaper Laminates is a three-ply combined flexible insulation material of class B, consisting of brown-yellow insulating paper and polyester film. PMP has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used. PMP is mainly used as slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage motors. Besides this PMP is used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
