GKG & GHG  Glass/Polyimide/Glass Laminate Prepreg
GKG Prepreg is also called as GHG Prepreg. It is a flexible three-ply combination material consisting of glass cloth, polyimide film(e.g. Kapton ® film) and glass cloth, impregnated on both sides with a heat resistant resin in B-stage.
GHG Prepreg has excellent physical and electrical properties and shows good adhesive properties against metallic surfaces.
Application:
GHG Glass Cloth Polyimide Film Prepreg is used as interlayer insulation between the layers of copper or aluminium foil in dry type transformers or OVDT transformer of insulation class H, liner insulation in electrical motor.
Corona Resistant Kapton ® Polyimide Film Mica Tape
Polyimide Film Backed Mica Tape is a duplex laminate constructed of mica paper with aramid fibrid or muscovite mica paper bonded to polyimide film (e.g. Kapton ®) or corona resistant polyimide film with a high temperature silicone binder.
Corona Resistant Polyimide Film Mica Tape has excellent thermal resistance, good corona resistance, excellent physical and electrical properties after VIP treatment. Polyimide Film Mica Tape is widely used as a slot , an interturn, an interphase insulation for traction motor, transformer, and coils of class N (200¡æ).

Polyimide Varnished Glass Cloth is made by the electric alkli-free glass cloth which is impregnated first in polyamic acid and then baked and cyclized.

Nomex ® Aramid Paper Prepreg is a flexible electrical insulation material consisting of aramid paper(e.g. Nomex ® T410), impregnated on both sides with a heat resistant resin in B-stage.
Nomex ® Paper Prepreg has excellent physical, electrical and thermal properties. It shows good adhesive properties against metallic surfaces.

Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper (DDP) consists of electrical insulation paper (IEC 60641) coated on both sides with diamond-shape dotted epoxy resin in B-stage. DDP Insulation Paper has high electrical and mechanical strength and shows good adhesive property. The epoxy resin can be cured at medium temperature, forming a stable insulation structure. DDP Insulation Paper is mainly used as turn-to-turn and layer insulation in oil immersed power and distribution transformers.
Uncalendered Nomex ® 411 / Mylar ® / Nomex ® Laminates NMN
Uncalendered Nomex ®-Mylar ®-Nomex ® Laminates NMN F130NC (equivalent to Myoflex® 2N130NC; ISONOM® 2035; Triflexil NMN/411) is a three-ply flexible laminate consisting of PET film, covered on both sides with DuPont non calendered Nomex ® aramid paper T411. NMN F130NC shows high edge tear resistance, high thermal resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and electrical properties. It has an absorbent surface for outstanding resin and varnish impregnatability. NMN F130NC is mainly used as a slot liner, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low or medium voltage electrical motors of Class F (155¡æ) insulation system. Besides it is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical appliances.
