Silicone Coated PET Release Film

Silicone Coated PET Release Film LR-MR20 (equivalent to Mylar® HR951, Hostaphan 2MRK, PPI 0501) consists of PET Film coated with silicone release material on one or both sides.

The coating layer is stable, has no wrinkle, avulsion, granule, pinhole or air bubble. There is essentially no migration of the silicone to any adhesive which may be in contact with the film. This product provides excellent slip, low release force, and good dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.

White Polyester Film

White Polyester Film LR-M20W (equivalent to Lumirror® E20, Melinex® 329) is an opaque white PET film. It has excellent physical & mechanical properties, good heat resistance and dimensional stability. It is used in a wide range of industries such as Electrical insulation, Basic materials of advertising, Ink-jet drawing, Printing, Labels, Picture screen and White panel.

Black Polyester Film

Black Polyester Film (e.g Lumirror® X30) is a biaxial oriented black opaque PET Film. The surface of film is polish or matte. It has excellent opacity, high mechanical properties and good dimensional and thermal stability.

Black PET Film is used in a wide range of industries: Electrical insulation, Adhesive tape, Loudspeakers, Musical instrument producing, other applications as opacity and black color materials.

Halogen-free Flame Resistant Polyester Film

Halogen-free Flame Resistant Polyester Film is an ECO-friendly flame-resistant biaxial oriented PET Film, free of halogen and limited heavy metals flame retardants. It meets with stringent UL requirements and European ECO regulations such as ROHS, TCO & Blue Angel etc.

This film has excellent flame resistance and less smoke when burning, excellent electrical properties, good dimensional and thermal stability. The flame property of film is according to VTM-0 and VTM-2.

Polyester Film for Solar Cell Backsheet is a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film made of modified polyethylene terephthalate resin and special additive. This film has excellent hydrolysis resistance, low vapor transmission, good thermal resistance, dimensional stability, dielectric properties, flame resistance, and processing properties. It is used in applications that require low vapor transmission such as solar battery backing film.

Hazy Polyester Film

Hazy Polyester Film (e.g. Lumirror® H10, Mylar® MO, Diafoil® U100) is a milk color film with excellent electrical properties and good dimensional and thermal stability. It has a hazy surface for excellent handling properties, and good stiffness for easy insertion into motors on automatic slot and wedge insertion equipment.

It is being widely used for electrical insulation in slot liners, wedges, and phase insulation for motors and generators, diaphragms, and industrial laminations.
