Low Oligomer Polyester Film LR-MX10 (equivalent to Lumirror® X10S, Melinex ® 238, Diafoil® UX01) is a biaxially oriented polyester film with a minimal content of low molecular weight impurities, was specifically developed for use as an insulating material for slot liner, closure, and interphase in rotary compressor motors for air conditioners and refrigerators.

Low Shrinkage Polyester Film LR-M10S (equivalent to Lumirror® T56, Melinex® ST505) is a heat stabilized film with low shrinkage, excellent adhesion to a wide range of solvent based inks, graphics inks and varnishes, silver conductive inks and dielectric inks.

This film is used in all applications which require high transparency and dimensional stability, especially membrane switch, flexible printing circuits, and graphic uses.

Kapton® JP / JPB Polyimide Film for Forming

JP Formable Polyimide Films (e.g. Kapton® JP, JPB Film) have been designed to give optimum forming characteristics. Formable polyimide films have higher elongations at elevated temperatures while maintaining the combination of excellent physical, electrical, and mechanical properties inherent in HN polyimide film. The films’ polymer properties enable drawing deeper parts at lower temperatures 280°C~300°C and shorter cycle times. After forming, parts exhibit excellent shape retention and minimum shrinkage.

This tape is designed to provide clean removal during masking operations involving high temperatures and pressure.

ESD Polyester Silicone Adhesive Tape

ESD Polyester Silicone Adhesive Tape is made of anti-stastic polyester film with heat-resistant silicone adhesive, packaged in a 33m (36 yard) or 66m (72 yard) roll. This tape generates extremely low levels of triboelectric charge when it is unwound from the roll and also when removed from most surfaces on which it is placed. This makes the tape an excellent choice for use near electronic components and assemblies.
