Kapton® JP / JPB Polyimide Film for Forming
JP Formable Polyimide Films (e.g. Kapton® JP, JPB Film) have been designed to give optimum forming characteristics. Formable polyimide films have higher elongations at elevated temperatures while maintaining the combination of excellent physical, electrical, and mechanical properties inherent in HN polyimide film. The films¡¯ polymer properties enable drawing deeper parts at lower temperatures 280¡ãC~300¡ãC and shorter cycle times. After forming, parts exhibit excellent shape retention and minimum shrinkage.
EC Electrically Conductive Black Polyimide Film
EC Electrically Conductive Black Polyimide Film is an electrically conductive film, which are precisely loaded with conductive carbons to produce films with tightly controlled surface resistivity. The range of the surface resistance is 50-1500Ω. As heating film, it has good electrical conductibility, excellent radiation resistant, excellent flexible and endurable properties. It is used as protecting components for heating, heat protection, and drying up to 260¡æ. It is used in heater, heating part, health care, agriculture, consumer electronics, satellites and space applications.

FN Polyimide FEP Film (e.g Kapton® FN, APICAL® Type AF, LIREN® FN film) is a heat bondable film, made of polyimide film coated with FEP fluoropolymer adhesive on one side (FH) or both sides (FHF). It not only combines the excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties of Polyimide Film and FEP resin, but also has superior heat sealing effect and flame resistant properties over a wide range of temperatures. MTB Black Polyimide Film (e.g Kapton® MTB) is a thermally conductive black film, possesses higher thermal conductivity properties than standard polyimide film. HN Polyimide Film (e.g Kapton® HN, APICAL® Type AV, LIREN® HN film) is a general-purpose film, has excellent balance of electrical, mechanical, physical, thermal, and chemical properties over a wide range of temperatures from -269¡ãC to 400¡ãC (-452¡ãF to 752¡ãF). It also has good dimensional stability, radiation resistance, and flame resistance. It can be used in a variety of electrical and electronic insulation applications: wire and cable tapes, formed coil insulation, substrates for flexible printed circuits (FPC), motor slot liners, magnet wire insulation, transformer and capacitor insulation, and pressure-sensitive tapes.

CR Polyimide Film (e.g. Kapton® CR) is a corona resistant film, developed specifically to withstand the damaging effects of corona. It not only retains the excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties of general polyimide Film, but also has superior corona resistance and thermal conductivity. It enhances service life and operational efficiencies vs conventional electrical insulation materials.
